FABRICATION
Metal, wood, and mixed-media fabrication form the cornerstone of our craft, allowing us to create intricate and diverse pieces. PRINTING
With the ability to print across all substrates, we have invested in the newest print technologies including Latex, UV, and water-based dye sub printers. These technologies range in size from 1.6-meter to 5-meter printers, allowing for a wide range of possible print dimensions. For easy re-printing and color matching, we keep your proofs for up to three years.
LIGHTING
Operating within an ETL certified facility, we pride ourselves on crafting top-tier custom backlit solutions and halo-lit signage. Our commitment extends to providing versatile options, including dimmable, DMX, and customizable control features. Whether it’s illuminating a space or creating a specific ambiance, our array of options ensures tailored solutions that meet diverse lighting needs.
ROUTER AND LASER CUTTING
Our capabilities range, from CNC cutting for textiles and rigids up to 16 feet wide (5 meters) to precise router cutting up to 3 inches thick. We specialize in CNC laser router cutting, achieving flame-polished edges on materials of the same thickness. Our expertise extends to intricate CNC laser router etching, providing detailed and precise designs.
FINISHING
Our facility is equipped with hot and cold lamination capabilities, along with plotter cutting for all vinyl graphics and adhesive graphics; this includes PS adhesive graphics, wallcoverings, and window film. All graphics are aligned, sorted, and prepped before leaving the facility for easy and quick installation.
