Working With Us

Typical Project Timeline

Moss begins production on a project when we have a signed work order/contract. Most projects require a 50% deposit prior to the commencement of work.

  1. Artwork and CAD drawings are due as soon as possible after the work order/contract has been signed.
  2. The Moss Technical Design Department opens any CAD drawings and reviews them for usability in production.
  3. The Moss Graphics Department pre-flights artwork to check that the resolution is adequate for the size of the project, the artwork is high quality and that color-matching information is provided.
  4. For Custom Shapes, the Moss Technical Design Department emails you a drawing to approve.
    • The drawing includes overall dimensions, interior frame construction and fabric type & construction method.
    • A signoff is required to continue production.
  5. For projects that include graphics, the Moss Graphics Department emails you a graphic layout to approve.
    • Besides serving as a visual guide for the placement of the graphic, the graphic layout confirms dimensions and color matching information.
    • A signoff is required to continue production.
  6. The remaining 50% payment is due prior to shipping.

Moss' typical timeline is eight to ten days for most projects.
