Moss Round Profile Tubing
Moss round profile framing system is an anodized aluminum tubing, ideal for shapes with complex bends. Many accessories such as molded elbows, t-butts and clips are available for use with round tubing.
Standard diameters are 1.25 in., 1.5 in., and 2 in. (30mm, 35mm, 50mm). Frames are constructed of a perimeter frame and spreaders that connect and support the perimeter frame.
Frame rails, disassembled for shipping, are reassembled with connecting elastic cords and snap-buttons. All tubing is labeled for ease of setup and take-down.
Exclusively from Moss, these precision molded glass-filled nylon elbows, molded corners are strong and connect the tubing with ease.
Moss Max
Moss Max is a sturdy aluminum extrusion system designed to work with fabric, acrylic, wood, and more. Several extrusion sizes are available: 40mm, 80 mm, and 120mm. Narrower rails, used in conjunction with standard extrusions, create spreaders and horizontals spanners.
Fabric can either be attached to the Moss Max interior groove or wrapped around the entire frame, fully enclosing it
Moss Groove
Moss Groove is a simple framing system designed to showcase fabric graphics. Perfectly patterned fabric slides into the extrusion’s groove for a clean and evenly tensioned fit, minimizing visible framework. Once the extrusion is built and mounted, graphic replacement is easy. Constructed with strong, yet lightweight anodized aluminum, the system features a unique Solid Lock mitered corner connection that fastens firmly into place with one turn of a torx wrench.
