Proud of our tradition and confident in our painstaking approach to manufacturing a superior product, we guarantee our craftsmanship. We will replace or repair, free of charge, any item that fails because of a flaw in manufacturing within one year.

Hassle Free Guarantee

Moss also offers our Hassle Free Guarantee on select Display Hardware products. This warranty is for the lifetime of the hardware and covers breakage that occurs during normal intended use.

Parameters:

• A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued prior to any product being returned and the RMA# must be clearly marked on the return packaging.
• Moss reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
• Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Moss.
• Moss will pay for shipping via ground back to the customer.
• Hassle Free Guarantee covers hardware only.

Hassle Free Guarantee Return Process

1. Call your Project Service Manager and provide original order number. Moss Project Service Manager will give instructions on where to ship the return and provide a return authorization number that must appear on the outside of the package.
2. Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the address specified by the Moss Project Service Manager.
