Flying Colors Joins the Moss Team!

Charles J. Corsentino, Chairman, President, & CEO of Moss Inc. announced that effective November 9, 2010, Moss has acquired the assets of Flying Colors, a major player in the world of sports, events and venue branding based in Berkeley, California.

The Flying Colors name will continue under a new identity, "Flying Colors, Powered by Moss". The addition of Flying Colors will enhance Moss' market penetration into the experiential sports marketing industry. Mr. Corsentino notes that "This acquisition will allow us to capitalize on the established strength of both brands, merging us in to a powerhouse presence that can continue to bring high levels of excellence to all of our customers." Moss currently serves clients nationwide with locations in Chicago, New York, Salt Lake City, Maine, and Las Vegas and, with Flying Colors, will add another strategically located presence on the West Coast.

David Kerchman, the founder of Flying Colors, has been named Vice President of Stadiums and Arenas for Moss Inc. David brings over 25 years of extensive experience in designing and executing complete experiential venues to the Moss team. Mr. Kerchman said, "We are excited to merge our creative, production and management efforts with Moss, for together we will be able to offer a much broader scope of products, services, and innovative solutions to our clients."

Flying Colors has nearly three decades of experience in the world of sports, events, and venue branding. Flying Colors has served clients in high-end venues and sporting events such as the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, and National Hockey League. Flying Colors has provided venue branding for these organizations at marquee events including the Super Bowl, All Star Game, Winter Classic as well as the events of many of the sports leagues' franchise teams. Additionally, Flying Colors has served the graphic and design needs for the Bowl Championship Series, Olympics, NASCAR, PGA, World Cup, English Premier League and many others.
