Dining by Design is DIFFAs (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) signature multi-city event, happening each spring for the last ten years. Bringing together designers from many disciplines to create outrageous table-tops, DIFFA has granted over $35 million to hundreds of AIDS service organizations. This May DIFFA brought Dining by Design to Columbus, OH.
Moss provided an overhead circle sign with a zip-in bottom. Lights were inserted and paper leaves were scattered across the bottom giving the essence of light filtering through a leaf canopy in the forest. Designed by Fitch of Powell, Ohio, the into the woods table scene immersed attendees into a wooded landscape with tree stump seats and an impressive rough-cut log table.
