Junior size category teen purchases declined from 81% in 2012 to 73% in 2015, while the percentage of those purchasing plus-size clothing has spiked - now at 34% versus 19% in 2012

63% of consumers are willing to pay more for simpler shopping experiences; 69%percent of consumers are more likely to recommend a brand because it provides simpler experiences and communications.
“Gen Z and Millennials are big on physical stores — even more so than their older counterparts”
In the iModerate study where 74% of all respondents said it is important for brands to have a physical location rather than solely selling online - 80% of Gen Zers and 82% of Millennials respondents said it is important. The number was 69% for Gen X and 65% for Boomers.
